This week, a series of Health and Hygiene sessions were conducted at three different schools: Hazi Abdul Ali City Corporation High School, Ticket Printing Press Colony High School, and Ispahani Model High School. These sessions were organized with the support of Diakonia and conducted under the HEART project by UTSA. The primary focus of these sessions was on educating adolescents about their health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Rights. The aim was to provide a platform for students to openly discuss the challenges and changes they are experiencing during adolescence. This facilitated discussions on how to respond effectively to these changes for personal well-being and to offer support to peers facing similar challenges.
